Ok, so I think I want 16" black rims. However, I will soon be going to college, so I need to save some money. Are black rims cheaper? Also, would painting my hubcaps be a good substitute?:iono:

search in craiglist you allways find a good deal and for the size stay in the 15, is more cheap rims and u can use your factory tires... i found my rims for $200 and for a few years i use the tires from my steels wheels

sure when i switch my tires i switch the tmps to the new wheels too with 0 problems, and the sedan with 15s and lowering springs looks very good

16" will always be more expensive than 15" and will have you in a position to spend even more on tiers. If your wallet agrees with your current financial position on getting 16" I'd say go ahead. Just look at the Sticky topic for Wheels and tiers to find the right tier size so you don't have to fiddle with your ECU or w/e to have your speedometer read the correct speed.

My current wheels are 16 x 7, ET42, with 205/50/16's. I'm very happy with the fitment and handling/performance. Plus, my speedo is dead on with this application.

If you decide to go with 15's or 16's, tyre size will depend on wheel specs and suspension mods (if any).
