It seems this interesting looking grille insert (the body-coloured radiator grille insert) for Australian YRX 5-door Hatchback is not available in other countries. I searched on the internet to find the possible way to purchase this item (or the complete grille kit) to no avail, even from the Toyota Australia website.
Does anyone has some information on this? I attached the picture:
