I keep hearing about the honda Fit's magic seat like they are the greatest thing ever. Im curious to know what kind of configurations the yaris liftback seats can do. Can the back seats fold down into the floor to expand cargo space? Can the back seats recline backwards? Are the fit's seats really that great, or can the yaris liftback seats do comparable things?

I'd really appreciate some pictures of the yaris' seat configurations=)

thanks.

Yes, the 60/40 split seats that come with the Power Package are similar to the Fit's seats in that they slide, recline and fold flat.

The basic seats that come with the vehicle and the convenience package is just a single folding bench seat in the rear. It folds forward, but doesn't rest 100% flat. I'm 6'01" and sat in the back of a LB at the Atlanta Auto Show yesterday and quite a bit of leg room.
