I've had my suspension switched out a few times and the mechanic who does the work for me stated that next time I ever have to replace the suspension components, that I'm probably going to have to replace the bearing plate I think it is? The round bearing that goes on the front struts so help the wheels turn left and right. Anyone have an idea where I can buy these from and for how much? It was quite a while back but the mechanic told me that only place he could get them from was Toyota and they wanted to charge like $275 for them, really really crazy price.

Please let me know, thanks

The only bearing I could see in the service manual for the struts is called the strut mounting bearing. Just googled it and came back with

Bearing , Bearing Back
BEARING- STRUT MOUNT
Toyota › Yaris › 2007-2010
List Price :$ 13.09
Your Price :$ 10.21

This at Toyota-Parts-Dealer.com

That's all I could see ref any type of bearing on the front struts. I would think he quoted you the price for part and labor. If not then find a different service provider.
