The Yaris looks like it may be competitive.

Minimum weight of 2250 lbs and a front brake rotor of 258mm

The Mazda is 2130 lbs and 258mm rotors

The Honda is 2400 lbs with 262mm rotors

If the engine is peppy, it will hold its own

Roll cage 2011 rules is:

.080 Plate at aprx. 3.15 lbs/sq'ft

1.5" x .095 DOM Tube at 1.426 lbs/ft

1.625" DOM looks like only .065 & .095 is avalible

Alloy 4130 Tube 1.625" x .083 airframe tube @ 1.367 lbs/ft
Use 4130 Plate & Gussetts also

Shocks & Spring with a "bolt on" camber plate is the only mods allowed :headbang:

My web ConnerSR.com has the rules posted & you can copy them to print.

If anyone in the South East would like a Roll Cage for B-Spec, call anytime
Thanks, Craig
