In lieu of the recent comments on the old thread about peoples' age (and corresponding requests that a poll should be done about it) I took the initiative to make this thread. The reason was mainly boredom, but there you have it.

Judging by what I see on the streets here the most popular bracket by far would be 60+, but I doubt any of these people are here on YW...

I'm close - 56. You'd be amazed at what 60-yr-olds get up to.

Here in Australia, the Yaris is perceived as the "ladies" car. But personally, I couldnt care less. I bought it for the practicality and fuel consumption. I laugh at those people with their V8's filling $80 AUD/tank, while half of that lasts me a fortnight.

Am I the oldest so far? Just 66!
My first post too. I'm sure I've posted previously? Then again, that's what happens when you're 66.

I've been trying to get my boyfriend to take it for a test drive since last June so he can find out for himself how fun it is, but he refuses - he says it's a female car. :iono:

Looks like people in their 40s have a mid-life crisis and buy sporty-er cars instead, then come to their senses in their 50s-60s :)

I'm 24

30.

And have to LOL at "10-15". From what I remember there's only one 16 year old here and he's the youngest. Anyone who's 10 would need a fake license and a stack of phonebooks...

I'm here and 64 years young. I bought my Yaris because of the styling. All other small cars including my wife's MINI Cooper convertible are too main stream.

My other car is a 2004 Phaeton 4.2
