It's the new youtube address format. Allows it to be slightly shorter.

i like everything, but how do they manage to do that slalom with like 6 cars in perfect sequence, it almost looks like they are interconnected.

Interconnected? Gee, I don't think so, demo teams have been doing that stuff since Joey Chitwood's day in the 50s, likely before, with the same precision. They showed up at the local track with '54 Fords with all those same patterns, plus a few others...
