A tree landed on my wife's 2011 3dr Yaris. Amazingly because of the way the tree fell on it it only has a minor dent! BUT... I believe the fuel/electric safety cut off was triggered since the car has NO electric power AT ALL when i turned the key. I'm figuring some kind of accident safety switch was activated. How do I reset? THANKS!

Up to 2010 there was no cutoff, so unless it is something new that I am not aware of that was added to the 2011, that's not the problem.
When you say there is no power at all when you turn the key, do you mean that it just doesn't start, or is there no power at all (i.e. interior lights don't come on, speedo doesn't light up, etc.)?

no power at all. no lights anywhere at all, no chimes, nothing.

Pop the hood and look at the battery. It sounds like the main fusible link on the positive battery clamp is blown.
