They want 4500 as is, or 5500 when they change the fender and tidy it back up. It's complete, just sitting on 4 donuts. They told me it came from the LA or Rancho Cucamonga area. It's at "advanced auto wrecking" on Energy way in Chula Vista.

Frick. Looks like an '08. I could use the back bumper so I can get some Vitz RS tails. Shame that it got totalled for what seems to be a fender and a transmission. Almost suspect, actually. That car could easily be saved.

yes its mine, the insurance knows obviously since its on their lot; it wasnt lost or reported stolen. tranny repairs would have cost more than the 4500 to repair it, so it was totalled out.
the parts are still being parted out; my parts section is called ULTIMATE YARIS PART OUT, or just search my user name.
the CL post of the wheels are the same one from the same car.
the only body damage was the driver side door somehow, the inner fender and that side of the bumper fell off, the headlight was fine but taken off and put in the trunk when insurance did their inspec.
anyone else with something negative or rumor.. its probably BS or they dont know what they are talking about, otherwise feel free to msg me.

as sail put it, some things are a "shame", in this case I dont care since no one was hurt, cars can be replaced, lives can not.

On a side note: Yaris rs, I drove next to you once, back like in Jan, over by Newport Beach. Car looked good.

I needed an alternator core for a rewind and didn't want any down time on my car so I bought one for 40.00 at that yard. Apparently the next step for your car is a company that transports medical specimens, according to the yard that's where it was going "in about a week".
