I am looked for some smoked headlights. Does the Yaris Sedan have the same headlights as the Hatchback?

No, sedans and hatches have totally different lights front and rear.

You may be better off, if you're looking for smoked headlights, to get some sort of tinting spray. It would be much much cheaper than buying a new set of OEM headlights.
