I finally got a decent set of tires , Hankook z214 c71 . They really put my nt01's to shame. Now that I compete in SCCA events I was at a disadvantage running 100 treadwear tires in smf. Hankooks seem to be the answer for those who don't want to break the bank with Hoosiers.

Here is recent results from a NASA autocross , I squeezed 9th overall against some very hardcore front runners with dedicated track / autocross machines . I really need an LSD still, but other than that the xa is dialed in.

All that power and an open diff. I bet you could pick up a second with an LSD. I am sure Garm can set you up with a nice OS Giken unit, you wont be disappointed.

Yea I forgot to say that I run wastegate boost pressure when I autocross . Puts me about 170whp which is plenty for autocross, just enough power to where 2nd gear hooks up without burning tires . Kind of a flip because I usually leave it on high boost driving ... get to the race and lower it haha.

will post suspension later.

I believe they are 35 or 36 offset, I also run 20mm front wheel spacers and 10mm rear hub spacers.

Ok so I did another autocross today, I never felt that I nailed a run. I had a hard time getting the coarse down as it seemed choppy to me. And the design today made me realise I probably am giving away a lot running open diff. Off camber turns and uphill start... no good. There were about 250 racers too, so 4 runs was it ( Im used to NASA's 7 runs).

There were things I did, and didn't like about how SCCA does things. But Im gonna do several more during this summer, then Ill judge.
