Stock Headunit Rear Connections!!

Hello..

I have a 2009 Yaris TS and I would just like to find out what does my head unit look at the back and what kind of connections their is because i don't want to take out the whole thing just to see.

Thanx for the reply but my head unit is very different from that one. I would just like to know if i can connect an amp to my stock head unit? does it have preamp connections?

I don't believe that any of the standard HU's have preamp out connections. Generally you have to use a high level input amp with an OEM radio.

thanx for the reply! can you maybe refer me to a site that show me what ma HU looks like at the back?

You guys see my idea is I want to add 4 new speakers, a sub and a amp to the stock head unit since the sound quality is good enough for me. But i cant find any info on how to wire that from the stock head unit.

Can anyone help me with this? I will appreciate it allot!!

You could try the Regional Forums, and post a question in there since our cars here in the U.S are going to be different than ones from across sea's.

If there's a member that lives near you with the same car, they may be able to help you out. If not take a picture of your Headunit and post it, we need some sort of model number or other info to identify which unit you have in your car.
