Front Passenger Door Rattle...

It's pretty obnoxious and way too soon for 900 miles... can't pinpoint the location since I drive alone 95% of the time... Anyone else had this problem? Any possible ideas? Will warranty fix this?

I had a rattle on the plastic interior panel of the liftgate. Finally, I had someone drive the car while I sat in the back seat. I located the exact place of the rattle, and pounded it firmly with my fist. The rattle never came back. Like you, I also nearly took it to the dealership, but my simple solution permanently solved the problem. You might want to try the same thing. Before taking it to the dealership, have someone drive the car for you, while you sit in the passenger seat. Once you locate the rattle, pound the area a bit with your fist. The problem could very well go away, as it did in my case.
