There's a $9 off coupon from BJs that starts June 23rd and ends July 31st . This coupon and others come through the mail . If not a member you can go to here ( http://www.bjs.com/biz/minisite_map/images/pass.gif ) to print out a coupon for a Free 60 Day Trial Membership , the offer ends JULY 5th . The $9 off coupon can possibly be found at the customer service counter or possibly from someone you know that's a member and doesn't plan to use it . Here's the deals . A 12 quart case of SHELL conventional is $32.99 - $9.00 = $23.99 , thus $2 a qt. before tax . The synthetic is $26.99 - $9.00 = $17.99 , thus $3 a quart . We're using the SHELL 5w-30 ( SN/GF-5 ) synthetic in the '08 sedan . Plan to replace the 5w-30 in the fall with their 5w-20 synthetic for the winter . Will likely post an U.O.A. for both .
