foglight help

Ive searched , maybe not well enough but for the last 2 hrs. Im installing a mi foglamp kit on a 08 3dr lb. my issue is my lamps do not come on and the switch is constanly lit up. Im using the swutch from the kit and pin 3 on the stalk connector is conected to nothing when i unplug it and look inside the other end? If someone could direct me to instructions on using the supplied switch i would appreciate it

Pin 3 on the stalk is not used unless you have a stalk with the fog switch on it. That is why there is not a pin there. If everything else is wired correctly and the foglight relay is plugged in to the under dash fuse panel, then jumping pin 3 to pin 4 on the stalk connector will make the lights come on (provided that the headlight switch is in the on position as well).

wich one is pin 4 in coralation to 3. and the relay is in.

I bought one of these off of ebay

and will install it this weekend have no idea how to wire this, any instructions would be greatly appreciated.
