Broken tein shock

I currently have a set of Tein SS coilovers. At the last track day the RH rear lower bushing separated from the outer sleeve. Has anyone delt with Tein before ? Can I order the lower bushing from them or do I have to send the shock to them ? Does anyone make replacement bushings aftermarket for them ? I have emailed them but no reply so far. My next track day is July 24 I think. Any help is appreciated.

I've had my coilovers rebuilt by them and no problem. They were quick and kept in contact and was accurate with all the information they gave me. If you want a quick response I suggest to call them.
