I have HID headlights and HID foglights. Is there any way to only turn on the foglights without having to turn on the headlights? Or is it not possible?
Also, there is a tiny halogen bulb underneath the H4 bulb in the headlight assembly which makes it look a little weird if you go upclose, do you guys leave this one running or did you guys choose to disconnect or disable this?

If you used the OEM wiring method for your fogs, your switch jumps pins 3 and 4 on the headlight stalk connector. To allow the fogs to turn on without the headlights, jump 3 to ground instead of 3 to 4 with the switch.

My fogs are tapped into those 'tiny halogen bulbs' IE the parking lamps. I replaced them with 194 wedge 9 LED super white bulbs. Gives a nice hue that complements HID headlights so long as you didn't go retarded 12000K purple. Only cost $15 or so shipped to my door, and I think they look pretty rad.

Hopefully this is a viable alternative for you, because other than unplugging them, I don't know of a way to kill the parking lamps.

Ha ha Camaro-esque DRL's! Yes, You'll need a fuse and a relay, and wire to run from the fogs on into wherever you place your desired switch, I put my switch next to the handbrake where those two non-functional plastic covers are.
Ideally, I would have liked to still utilize the fog light stalk toggle on the steering wheel, or even connect to the ignition so the fogs simply turn on upon start-up, but I wasn't really sure how to go about that.

Our foglight kits comes with a modified wiring kit + relay to accomplish exactly that - an "OEM" installation.
