[size=2]We will have a short briefing prior to getting out on the track, followed by a few warm up laps, then lapping for the rest of the day. "Lapping" refers to just that, doing laps. Passing is STRICTLY prohibited except on the back straight, and only when the person in front of you has allowed you by signaling you to pass. We reserve all rights to kick people off the track that are driving dangerously and/or aren't listening to track marshalls.

For those that have never been to the track, we encourage you to try it out, even if you're still on stock/all season tires (they'll suck, and burn up quick, but it's still fun)

what's the point of lapping really... just following the car in front of you and do a few laps?? what's the fun behind it?

It's a safe way of running your daily driver all out on a track...without someone clipping you in a corner and wrecking your car.

Life isn't gran turismo, unfortunately

Well, depending on the car and driver, when you come up behind somebody they should let you pass by. Power isn't everything, I was stuck behind a bright yellow S2000 (funny enough) at cayuga before and he wasn't letting anyone by...driver means more than what car you drive. I would say you should give it a shot, don't knock it till you try it. You can go to and event for like $60-$100

It doesn't take much power to make this car fast. All it takes is suspension, tires and driving talent.
