I have a 07 black leather scion tc steering with cruise control lever. From posts on this forum it does fit the 08+ yaris after you remove the scion audio controls that attach by1 screw. Its in great shape. Asking $100 shipped for it

The wheel does indeed fit once you remove the audio controls.

Bump. For the 09+ yaris crowd if you dont have cruise control you can use the stalk coming with this wheel to hook it up.

the $100 shipped price is to the USA. Anywhere else pays actual shipping

anyone? great way to swap your wheel for states that require yearly inspection and airbags need to be intact

Do you mean the original air bag will fit this steering wheel once the audio controls are removed? what about have the scion airbag and keeping the audio controls?

Yes the yaris airbag will fit this wheel when the audio controls are removed, I do not know about the scion airbag wiring but the airbag would bolt into the wheel as its supposed to go there. The main draw of this wheel is its leather and if you have a 09 or newer yaris you already have cruise control you just need to hook it up to the stalk on this wheel. Toyota put cruise control in all 09+ Yaris but dont give you the stalk to use it.

Not to mention I'm sure you could wire the audio controls to your HU somehow..

EDIT: Epic failure of spelling Audio somehow

I'm interested, but it would have to wait until September. Summer finances are a bit tight.

Might not be sold. Apparently the buyer didnt see any posts where its not cosmeticly perfect but it does in fact fit and the airbag fits and is perfectly safe. They are now opening a paypal dispute before shipping the wheel back. They didnt see any of these threads I for one think its unfair for them to get a refund before I get the item back and make sure they didnt damage it trying to install it.

The dispute
"it does fit the 08+ yaris after you remove the scion audio controls that attach by1 screw."

YRSGIRL
"there was no mention of it needing significant modification to fit or that the airbag is too small and leaves gaps that could be unsafe for driving.i feel you have misrepresented your product and are trying to claim no liability by stating that i should not have trusted your word and rather looked into compatibility issues rather than believed what had you stated in your sales thread was true.thank you and i hope that we can come to a swift resolution."
