After watching Barry Mequiar's video of the show car finish shine http://www.meguiars.com/video/, i took notes and went down to the auto store to get all the treatments for the Deep Crystal System to get the show car shine result, and i went step by step from the video, took me about 2 hr to complete, but the result is worth it. As easy as 1,2, and 3, first wash and dry the car, then use the Deep Crystal paint cleaner to clean the paint, then polish it, and finally use the newest Mequiar's Tech Wax to protect my baby, just want to share to anyone want thier babay to have the show car shine result and also repair all the fine scratches, sry my camera is cheap so cant really tell the difference, but my baby really looks like she just got out of the factory again

I pay about $35-40 with everything included all the microfiber towels for each treatment.

Maybe you wanna invest in a orbital polisher instead of hand waxing it... saves you heaps of time and a dead right arm... :)

Paint looks great, well done!

After many, many years using Meg's I use a slightly customised set of products, which IMHO result in *the* best shine and depth of color imaginable. Defiantely a cut above the results you will get with the Deep Crystal system alone IMHO.

Step 1: Mild detailing clay w/quick detailer

Step 2: Deep Crystal paint cleaner (machine applied)

Step 3: Meg's #7 Showcar glaze (2 applications in direct succession - hand applied)

Step 4: Meg's #21 Synthetic sealent (machine applied - leave for 10+ hours before taking off)

Step 5: (next day) After taking off the #21, I top the finish Meg's NXT Tech wax (machine applied).

If you're into it/keen enough, give it a try :)
