How to get the bulbs out of my map lights?

I have a 2009 yaris. The map lights, (not the dome light) have regular incandescent bulbs in them, and I bought some LED replacements. I'm going through the car replacing all the bulbs I can with LED's. So anyway, how do you get the bulbs out of the overhead map lights that are on the ceiling, at the front?

I can't see a way to do it without hurting it.

The map lights should be size 194 "wedge base" type bulbs. I'm sure a quick google will turn up dozens of sellers. There's an official thread for bulb types/sizes around here somehwere...
