I just finished tearing apart an defunct window air conditioning unit, and the interior radiator was still in pretty good shape. The little mod monkey in my head said "Hey, you should put that on your car!" but I wasn't sure if it would be of any use.
I know on 4WD vehicles there is a separate cooler for the transfer case, and that the AT Yaris has an oil cooler for the transmission. Is there any point in adding a radiator to a manual transmission?

Not really, unless you grind your gears on purpose or neglect to change your transmission oil. IMO, your money would be better spent on changing your MT oil more often. 4WD is a different story.

No. You can't work it hard enough to hurt it with little bit of power the Yaris produces.

A manual transmission HEATER might be good for winter!

On the MT all the extra heat sink is required.
There's no oil is heated to as AT.
