Can someone identify this body kit?

Hi, I've been lurking on this forum for a while and just bought a 2008 3dr RS! Now, my friends are telling me there's added body kit and I also noticed other RSes look different from mine. The girl who owned the car before me said she paid $23,000 Canadian for it. I know she upgraded everything from the dealer.

I've yet to see another RS with the same exterior to ask..I hope someone here can tell me! Thanks~
