Corvair Club is sponsoring another autocross Sept. 18 at Camarillo Airport. I've done this twice and it's a really fun but technically challenging autocross course. Very friendly group of people, too. Anyone in?

This is cool because (1) it's close by for us in the Valley and Ventura areas and (2) it's right on one of the strips of an active airport -- airplanes will be flying directly overhead during the event.

Hi Fellow Racers,

We have a quickly looming Autocross on September 18, 2011 at Camarillo Airport. There are plenty of spaces left at this point. Spots are reserved once we recieve your check. We host a casual style autocross with a catered lunch. This is a race/work event, you'll be asked to work a shift in the field for every shift you race. It's not bad; some of the best views are on the course.

Bring your hat, windbreaker, chair, and FRS radio.

I have finals the following week. BUT, 2 of my professors are in my impression so far are borderline RETARDED, so this is a maybe for me for the time being. If they don't finally grow a brain by then, then I should be there. I know for sure by next weekend.

What the hell, can I go watch?

My Professors aren't as retarded, lol. Plus it's a Sunday.
