lowering springs

Just bought myself a set of d.a.d dropzone lowering springs and need skme help with some installment. Drop is roughly bout 2-2.5in..
Is it driveable with stock shocks and struts?
Do i need to cut the bumps or add any mods in it?

Kinda new to this...thanks
