Hi Everyone!
First time poster and long time reader. With the help of the people from this forum I just picked up my first used 08 Yaris hatchback.
The first thing I want to do is swap out the stock head unit and replace it with something that will be compatible with my iPhone 4 (via dock connector or USB and to play and charge simultaneously) to play my tunes and control via the HU. I heard a lot of guys picking up a T1808. But I heard they are not compatible with the latest iPhones. I'd like to stay on the inexpensive side and prefer not to buy anything flashy for fear of break in temptations - don't need the DVD/Nav thing. Something like that Scion HU would be ideal and it to work with latest iPhones. Does anyone else have any recommendations of aftermarket parts to be considering. Also, what iPhone/iPod interface adapters would you recommend - there seem to be so many as well. Let me know what you all have used and done.
