yeah... it's 2011 and we may not have flying cars yet, but could anyone 20 years ago have even begun to imagine the rise and dominance of portable electronics?

I just saw on Apple's website that its going to be called the IPhone 4S and pre-order starts on October 7th. It looks awesome!!

It's got ONE THING I wish I had: World phone (CDMA / GSM) :(

AND .. It's finally coming to SPRINT!!! So now T-Mobile is the only carrier who is not worthy of the iPhone?!!! :rolleyes: Whatava.

I think everyone (including all tech media) made the mistake of hyping an all new design that was expected to be the iPhone 5. Apple never promised an all new phone.

Weird how all kinds of "leaks" have surfaced over the last few months suggesting a 4" screen, 4G, ect. and none of it was real. Did people actually create official-like cases as a hoax? Unbelievable.

The latest rumor up 'til yesterday was that yes, there would be a 4S carried over but also a 5 with the 4" screen, ect. Some sites supposedly even leaked prices and specs for both models. Two versions is definitely what Apple needs to compete with all the various Android phones.

At the end of the day, they gave us a Phone that is finally able to compete with Android phones from last year. :tongue: Although not yet on size.
