Yellow Fog Lights?

Does anyone know who sells the Lexus style foglights?

For those that have no idea what I'm talking about, fogs with lenses colored like this ...

If I can get a size of the lights, I'll consider retro fitting these.

Don't know the size but I would like to do yellow as well. Might be better off just using a yellow bulb...

Somebody here used amber glass paint - it looked pretty good in the photos.
