water noises

I have been hearing what sounds like water rolling back and forth in the front right hand side of the car. I can hear it in the car only when turning left. I had the tire checked and it was empty. I am thinking that in the front below the windshield that something is plugged up. Any ideas?

The condensate drain for the AC is plugged. There are a couple of threads on here about the issue and with pictures of how/where to unplug it. Installing a cabin filter in its position behind the glove box helps prevent recurrence.
