sedan S front spoiler

Need a little help, direction.

My son bottom out the front spoiler on a 06 sedan S, it's loose but I only see a couple of screws on the outside holding it on.

Are there plastic clips that are broken, fallen off?

I looked at etimago's manuals but could not figure what is missing, broken from a S.
