Color Combo Opinion

I drive an '08 metorite metallic hatchback. It's still under warranty, so Barnaby is gunna be my little ricer for the next 46,000 mi. I don't want to do anything but cosmetic mods for fear of invalidating the warranty. Stupid, right?

My favorite color is yellow, and I was going to paint parts of the inside peices, engine cover, etc this color. I don't want to change the outside color whatsoever; it looks really good on the Yaris! But I've been looking around for pics of a silver Yaris with yellow ANYTHING and I can't find any... I'm just wondering if this is even going to look good.

Have any of you seen a silver/yellow hatchback, or could you at least give me your opinion on the color combination? Thank you.

That looks like pretty sweet interior! I love the brightness! Thank you~

But I mainly wanna know about it matching silver exterior or not. I could always get yellow somewhere on the outside to match (stripes or something), but I'd want opinions on that. I see from that thread not too many like the bright yellow.

i don't know how yellow on silver would look. to me the contrast wont be as extreme as the black and yellow look so it might look a little odd. test it out. get a swatch or something and see how it looks.

i found that for you. it's not a yaris but it shows the yellow on silver look. not as bad as i pictured in my head.
