Airbag light doesn't work

I just bought an used 2007 yaris sedan but the driver airbag light does not start at any time. I need somebody to tell me please how to fix it. I don´t know how many airbags does this car has and I don´t know if the arbags are in place!!

The light should come one when you turn the ignition on and then should go out when you start the car. If it is always off, someone probably removed the LED or taped over it within the cluster to mask the fact that there is a problem. I would start with taking the cluster out and checking the indicator.
