Taping Into Front Parking Lights?

Is there an good place tap into the FRONT parking lights without running wire to each individual bulbs. I want to make them my DRL lights, but I'm not sure how to tap into them. And if anyone knows an free site to look up wiring diagrams that would be appreciated.
