Hi all,

I test drove a second hand Yaris today and out of all the cars in my price range, I really like it best. It's comfortable, it pulls nicely and handles well. I am seriously considering putting in an offer.

It's a 2006 model, five door hatchback, 1.3lt engine. However, it has 114000km on it.

It's in good condition still, so I just want to know what they are like after 100000km? They seem really reliable and easy to maintain and fun/spirited little cars.

Please tell me they go on forever? I do about 30000km a year and about a third of this is long distance driving on highways/open roads.

Proper maintenance will put this car easily into the 300K range before you think of looking for another Toyota product.

Thanks everyone! Let's hope no one has bought the thing out of under me, because the other cars I have tried have not been as nice to drive and do not offer nearly the same promise of reliability.
