It's super clean and meticulously maintained. A car that has never been neglected or abused in any way. I really love this car, but now need to get something larger. I've changed the oil every 3,000 miles or so, and have all maintenance records to prove it. It's got an aftermarket CD deck, aluminum wheels, newer tires, electric door locks, security alarm, factory-look side molding and cruise. I've always washed it by hand, never smoked in it, and the inside still looks new as well. As I live very close to where I work, after five years of ownership, the odometer is only just about to go over 40,000 miles. MPG's average about 38. On a long highway trip I was getting mid-forties.
KBB value says about $9500. Similar cars selling around here with many MORE miles on them, have a price around that. So this KBB figure is at least is a starting point in an asking price. Don't know how realistic it is, but dammit, frankly, this is a very clean, relatively low mileage, very fuel efficient car and I don't need to give it away. Non-insulting opinions on my approximate asking price are welcome.

P.S. I live in a historic neighborhood of Detroit, not far from downtown. Actually it's a nice area. It's not all trashed ghetto here!
