what is the width on the feathers 6.5-7.0? I would definatly go with a wider tire either a 205/55R15 or a 225/50R15 makes her handle like a dream

Konig Feathers have been installed! I utilized my existing stock tires from Toyota- looks fine. One problem: The lug nuts did not work out, had to switch them out. Center cap it came with looks goofy? Any ideas?

Pic coming soon.

Fazali, you may want to put a new set of tires on your konigs and keep the stock tires for the stock wheels for winter time

Did you notice where I live? Dallas. No winter here, except some flurries and a glaze of ice on our bridges.

A. He lives in Dallas.

B. The stock tires are crap in the winter.

C. Let the guy run his stock tires if thats what he wants. I find it absurd to replace perfectly good tires and apparently some others do too. Once they'er worn out he can upgrade to a 205/55/15 or 225/50/15 since thats the sizes you like to push "Tire Guy".

Peters Red- Thank you. That is exactly my plan. I will post pics soon. This car looks hot! All I have to do now is window tint, that will finish out the exterior.

People can't take their eyes off my car. An amazing effect. I would like to see these wheel on a black Yaris HB.

Well instead of having to pay money to get the stock tires taken off the stock rims than get them put on those I would just run the stock rims til the tires wore out or get some good rubber for the new rims and just keep the stock for spares. I personaly hate any profile that is higher than a 60 on any rim unless it is a truck. Course my car I had to run with the stock size(195/70/14) because I wasnt paying for them and the person wouldnt spend the extra 15 bux to get 195/60/14.

No, I just can't call any Yaris "complete" without a drop. They ride like jeeps.

Two ways to smoke your tails... paint and vinyl. Vinyl is harder to apply and doesn't look as good, but its removable. Paint looks better and is easy to apply, but is harder to take off. Your choice.

Going for the all black look eh.. nice konig choice but it'll look great if your rims had on polished lips.

I have my car on Tein Luxury High Tech Springs now and they made a drop so low when i had my yaris riding on stock wheels 195/60/14,... now i have on 17's and it rides well.

This was my ride with Konig rims

There are a couple differnt methods of smoking tails, 1. Spray Tint 2. Vinyl or 3. Window film... each have there own advantages and disadvantages

Only thing I'm lowering is the heighth of my antenna. No tint on the tails. I'm closing in on completion- only exhaust is left.

that's all a matter of opinion, dude.

plus, everyone is going with polished lips these days. it's getting played out pretty hard. it's cool if you want to be another sheep in the flock. but not me.

just my opinion.

I really don't think the stock tires look bad at all with the new rims. I am considering doing the same thing but I may just fork over the cash for the accessory 7 spoke wheels they are growing on me. I just didn't want to pay interest on them. hmmm

Must be why I love the handling on my stock Yaris so much... my other car is a Jeep Comanche.

Hell, amusing fact: Comanche's used in SCCA often run one of our tire sizes on the stock rims, 205/55-15 fits well on the stock 6.5" rims to get just shy of a 3" drop.

Not quite... More like black wheels FTStealth.

Nobody expects someone rolling around looking like they have unclad steelies to actually be running lightweight wheels and performance tread, ya' know? :-)

Nowadays that's not true. Lots of peole run lightweight black wheels. I don't mind black wheels, but I've owned several sets and want something different for this vehicle.

Don't really care for the look of that wheels, but I think it just convinced me to do a 15 inch rim on my car.

Man... now I'm tempted to go silver, if it mostly-matches the paint on my silver Yaris. =O.o=
