Try a search. Here, saved you some time. The whole product is basically the same - just badged as different names.
NTD 3-Drive Throttle Controller, Pivot, i-Throttle, etc. (http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=23314)
Blitz Throttle Controller (http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=17596) (no longer made?)
Because the Yaris is "drive by wire", there is no physical cable connected from pedal to throttle, the amount of pedal pressure is electronically calculated in the ECU then a signal is sent to open the throttle. Many experience a slight lag in throttle response when stepping on the gas pedal. Throttle controllers can improve on that by minimizing that lag.

^ Yes, exactly. As opposed to "drive by cable" or "cable throttle".

The 3rd gen uses the same accellerator pedal connector and throttle body connector (with the same pinouts) as the 2nd gen, so I would say yes.
