Fog Light Question

So, I have been thinking about getting a fog light kit for my Yaris. It is a 2008 Liftback. Problem is I am not sure which "kit" will be best. The setup that I want is a HID fog light. There seems to be a lot of kits out there but not all of them are HIDs. I am thinking maybe 3000k or so, yellow. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I have this, but with regular bulbs, and it's a pretty good kit, and you'd be helping a fellow member of the community.

Of course, you'd need to get some HID blubs, ballasts, wiring: H11 Xenon HID kit (http://shop.microimageonline.com/H11-Xenon-HID-kits-H11-HID.htm)
Never messed around with HIDs, but I'd be willing to bet that this is a good kit!

Thanks for the replies, problem is I'd rather not buy two separate "kits" if possible (saves more money). But I'd definitely keep it in mind.
