sirius or xm

about to pick up satellite radio. im looking at the starmate 8, which they make for xm and sirius. which service is better? ill prob do the 10 a month package with mainly music, however sirius includes funny bone in this where xm does not.

I have a sirius. I originaly only bought 1 month for a trip last spring. They will barrage you with renewal offers. I just renewed a month ago for 6 months for $25.

Sirius and XM are the same now. No matter which one you get, all channels are available depending on you subscription. I prefer the Sirius line up so I can listen to Jason Ellis. I've had satellite radio for three years now. I paid for a lifetime subscription for my Yaris and have the one year subscription for now in my Juke. Be careful because the rates seem to go up atleast once a year.
