I want to reduce toe on front wheels without having it professionally done. Does any know about how much movement (toe out) you get with a full or half turn of the tierod? I will split the amount for each side.

also I bought some 1.5mm shims for the rear. Should I do front end first or rear first?

1.5 mm shims must be alignment types. Are they tapered for rear toe or camber change?
I've some flat 10mm shims in stock for future install. These are to space out the rear tires. Mostly cosmetic.

http://www.canalignment.com/ did my alignment. Dialed in -1.5 degrees camber past stock to help eliminate front tire rub. Turns in nicely now. Stock toe setting. All calibrations adjusted to compensate for my personal bulk which is considerably more than your average Yari pilot or factory spec.

Why do you want to change toe anyways? What are you looking to get out of doing that?

BUT to answer your question, I can not help you on how much toe movement there is when turning 1 turn.
Rule of thumb, adjust rear first, then do your fronts

Google for a way to measure your toe yourself. This is the best and safest way.

I run 0 up front and just a pinch toe-in in the rear.
You can run a bit of toe out in the front, but unless you know why you're doing it, do not toe out the rear.

just got my car back from auto collision repair. $10,000 worth of damage. replaced front suspension (both sides) and rear axle. They put the 23mm sway bar back on. The car drives good but slightly resists turns. I asked the alignment shop to adjust toe to 0 degree and add as much negative camber as they could. By eyeing the front, it looks like 0 but the back has toe.I was thinking of shimming the rear. Front had toe out and rear was shimmed before the accident. I really love driving my yaris more then any other car I have owned. It handles and brakes so awesome. I might wait until spring before I tinker with toe (over steer you know)

Scott @ can-alignment set it up like that, he used the proper alignment shims and got me just a hair of toe in (I think it's like 1/64th of an inch) and -1.5* camber.

Front is 0 toe and -1.5* camber too.

FWIW my next steps in the sprint will be to try to get the rear camber up to -2.5*, get the front camber more than it is now and add a bit of toe out.

On the track, I'm wearing the outer edges of the tires like madness. I can see in photos alone that I'm going into positive camber. On the street, not so much, but it's still noticeable even on my streets.

A little bit of toe out on the front helps turning into corners.

adding a lot of negative camber will reduce your braking performance. It's too bad that a track set up is not so much fun to drive on a long road trip. Stiff springs and sway bar will help with body roll and the tires will run flatter in corners and straight line; better for braking. There will also be less front end dive which will allow you to use r compound tires without upsetting brake balance (front to rear). It's all a balancing act.
I put the 1.47mm shimes in and found that the back end felt too odd in a corner so i removed them. I might spend some time reduce the thickness to around 1.00mm and try them again.
What track to you go to and with which group? What mods have you done to your Yaris? Any brake upgrades?
