CVT fluid replace????

Hello,

I have a Toyota Vitz hatchback (Japanese import) 2007 year-end model, recently purchased. I was wondering whether I should replace the CVT fluid. There is a lot of confusion here as to whether to replace it or not and since it cannot be checked its even worse making a decision.

The manual I have is in Japanese so I wanted to confirm also what CVT fluid is used in the 2007 models.

Also what would be the signs that the fluid needs to be replaced and how is it done?????
