Yaris Hybrid?

Has anyone heard about the new Yaris Hybrid that is to be released in the UK this spring?

I have done some research with my local Toyota guy, and it looks like it is being released in Canada as the Prius C.

I am not sure if they are the same car, or if there will be a hybrid Yaris released in Canada.
Prius C should be available end of March 2012. In Canada at least.

However, comparing the two different pictures of the dash

the Yaris Hybrid UK looks like a Yaris dash, and the Prius C looks like a prius dash with all it's gadgets.

I am hoping someone knows if it is one in the same or different vehicles.
