Hi Everyone!
I am thinking about dismantling my Cobra Radar Detector, so that i can place the 'eye' near my grille or numberplate as its not very effective when mounted on the windscreen.. Would anyone know if this would work? I would only need to run a wire from the 'eye' to the detector inside the vehicle, but im not sure if running a wire might make it less effective due to the distance??
