hey, i just remembered seeing some oem toyota replacement temp controls a while back(pre-hack i think?) for the sedan that looked like the type of knob on your tub/shower. i tried searching here and some 'jdm' sites with no luck.

basically, i'm bored this winter and am looking to do some interior mods with a little extra cash i've got. i realize it's not everyone's cup-o-tea, but it's different and i like it. plus, i think i remember seeing a similar shift knob(looks like a crystal i suppose) for sale too, but can't remember if it would fit an auto? i know that part isn't oem toyota, but i'm sure the temp knobs were(somebody was selling a set and they were still in the toyota bag)! any help would be appreciated!

man, winter sucks...

Use a beer tap handle for a shift knob. Why not use some plumbing supplies?
Get creative.

a buddy of mine has those crystal looking door knob / shower knobs on his XB's heater controls, looks pretty cool. next time i talk to him i will ask him where they came from.

^thanks! i didn't even think of the xb. i checked out the knobs and i think it probably won't work because i'll lose the a/c button, defroster button, and fan speed knob due to the solid design of the crystal knobs(if they even fit). i'll take a closer look to see what i can come up with.

i just thought that and a matching crystal shift knob would look pretty cool...
