So could I just attach a new cover to the front of my car or do i need. All the other parts to connect it.

There really aren't any other parts other than the push pins which may or may not be broken or break on you.

bumpers replace once another you cant put a new bumper on top of an old one.

p.s. really unclear if this is what you're asking.

I guess what I'm saying is can I just buy a bumper cover and clips and put it on ?? And where is the best place to gt these things?

Op bought a car without a front bumper cover. Check out village Toyota parts' website for diagrams of the front bumper assembly.

I suspect you'll need splash guards and underbody panels

Ok so the splash gaurds and underbody panels are required to put the bumper cover on ? Will the. Over not fit without them?

You only need the bumper cover. All factory hardware is used. What we are suggesting is you invest in some extra clips b/c about 50% will break or have broken.

Clips.

I have 3 dealerships in my vacinity. One of them actually gives me clips for free while the other 2 want a ridiculous price for them. If you've got local dealers, check out their parts department.
