relay problem

Hi Guys, I hace a Yaris and last night using the lighter to fill a flat tire it when off and the p/s,check engine,air bag light,a/c all that turn on.And the no signal light work I know is a relay. Because i check all fuse with a multimeter and the are ok. thank you

The lighter runs off the 15A CIG fuse in the under hood fuse panel. From there it goes through the normally closed contacts of the ACC CUT relay (which is located behind the change cup on the lower left dash). That gets fed by the AM2 fuse (which is in the under hood fuse panel).

Based on the symptoms, I would recheck the AM2 fuse.
