Regional forum mods

I suggest that there should be a moderator looking for the regional forums :thumbsup:

Great idea - but I think only the Admin can appoint new Mods, and the chances of that are slim.

probably only log on. Was most likely an alt for someone else that was decided to be overkill.

It's the moderators security group, not a person or a login. The last activity would have been the last time permissions for it changed.
