I think.. they mean the lights in the reflectors.

Looks great! Wish I had lower reflectors..

Bought some red leds from ebay and started drilling holes on the back. Soldered 7 leds together. Heres a pic. Looks ugly but works

I removed my reflectors,and am painting them the color of the car.
I also removed the lower grill,and driving light covers and painting
them the color of the car. I'm thinking of doing the same with the upper grill
also.
