6.5*16 et45, 205/50r16.
When turning the steering wheel to the right until the end of a little catchy, but right there. Why is it so? Thank you.

I think you're asking "why are my tires rubbing?"
Those tires are both wider and taller than stock tires:

Adding wheel spacers might help, but only if the tires are rubbing on the inside of the wheel well. If they are rubbing on the fender, then you need smaller tires, like 205/45R16 or 195/50R16.
You've just been schooling people all day with those offset calcs lol

205/50's on 16x6.5, ET45 is an excellent fitment for your car. It's common for 205's to rub a tiny bit on the plastic fender liner at full lock. It's nothing for concern.

I asked why the catches by turning in one direction, while the other does not cling. What is a tire calculator I know, thank you.
because one way it just catches the edge of the plastic fender lining. The other way the fender lining might not be as big, or it could have been bended out of the way by something. If Kimona says it is all good, then listen to him. He's the tire guru.
