YW Banner Updates?

Just wondering who has the power to upload/change/update the Yarisworld banner to include the 2012 model? (I bet the only answer is YarisBueller, but I can still dream can't I?)

Would be fun if members can make banners for the forum and have these banners cycle through each time we log in or something - makes each one of us feel like we're a part of this wonderful and happy family! Yay.

that members can submit and vote on
